Mar 25 Meal Plan
Hi!
This week has been really busy so I will keep things brief this time. Thank you to the people who reached out this week to share what they’ve cooked and liked from Omnivore. It means a lot to hear from you.

Weeknight Meals
Skillet chicken pot pie (NYT gift link)
We loved this. Using a rotisserie chicken and puff pastry made it so easy.
Here’s a vegetarian pot pie with white beans to keep it feeling hearty. She includes a crust recipe but you can still use puff pastry for super convenience.
Grain Bowls with Carrot Ginger Dressing
We like to make this into a full meal by serving the salad with brown rice or quinoa and a fried egg. You will want to dip all kinds of veggies into this incredible dressing.
Your favorite burger and potato wedges
I’m not going to give a burger recipe cause I think everyone has their own favorite and they’re all great. Also with these potato wedges as part of the meal, you won’t even really notice the burger.
Add a little paprika to the potato wedges to make them even better. These make great leftovers and you can reheat them in a toaster oven to perfection.
Weekend Meal
This is a very easy pizza but requires a good amount of time to rise. I actually skipped the final rise and it was still great. I love that it makes two pizzas and it was enough for 6 people with leftovers. So you should halve the recipe if you aren’t wanting to make that much.
A great topping combination we had this week: pepperoni, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and red onions.
Treat of the Week
Just a reminder that these exist, you probably have all the ingredients on hand and they can be ready in like 10 minutes. Sometimes you need something sweet really quick.
Something to Listen to
I got to hear Margo Price last night and she was incredible! Such a voice and stage presence. Here’s her new album.
Have a great week!
