I love shakshuka and yet I haven't made it in years! The recipe you provided looks great so I think that will be our Sunday dinner. I can't get fresh pita here in Korea and the ovens just don't work the same so I can't make my own. However, Jamie Oliver has a quick pan-fried yogurt flatbread that I think will be great with this!
